Are you a talented corporate paralegal in the DFW area eager to elevate your career and dive into a vibrant corporate setting? Latitude is on the hunt for a proactive and dynamic paralegal ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities in a close-knit corporate environment. You'll play a key role in everything from contract management and litigation deadlines to legal holds, case file oversight, document drafting, research, analysis, training, and trial prep. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with the potential to transition from a long-term contract (as a benefits-eligible Latitude W2 employee) to a permanent role.

Basic Requirements for the In-House Corporate Paralegal:

• 7+ years of paralegal experience including in-house corporate paralegal experience.
• Litigation experience, including tracking litigation deadlines, responding to discovery requests, and coordinating with outside litigation counsel.
• Corporate transactional skills, with hands-on experience in reviewing and redlining contracts.
• Construction law experience is a plus but not required.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience can be an alternative.
• Exceptional professionalism with a positive attitude and stellar communication skills.
• Outstanding professional references.

Position Details of the In-House Corporate Paralegal:

• Type of role: Engagement to Permanent
• Schedule: Full-time
• Location: Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area (in-office 5 days per week)

Compensation:

• Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications and credentials.
• Benefits: All Latitude legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
