Diversity is absolutely essential for developing strong teams, and high performing organisations that are robust, agile and innovative. Everybody should feel comfortable to be who they are in the workplace, and every workplace should make effort to ensure it is inclusive. Visibility is a key part of that.

The world has come a long way in advancing LGBTQIA+ rights, but challenges persist. In several countries, it's disheartening that being LGBTQIA+ remains illegal, while some even impose the death penalty. We must stand in solidarity to push for global change and support those facing persecution.However, it's crucial to remain vigilant. New policies and legislation are being proposed that could impact LGBTQIA+ individuals adversely. We must stay informed, advocate for fair and equitable laws, and foster a society where all can live authentically without fear of discrimination.Let's use our voices, platforms, and influence to promote acceptance, fight for legal protections, and create an inclusive world where everyone can thrive.
