Did you send or receive a Cash App payment by mistake? Since Cash App payments are instant, you can't usually cancel them once they've been sent. Open Cash App. Cash App is available to use on iPhone or Android.

Contact the merchant. Before disputing any charges, contact the merchant/recipient to resolve the issue. If they do not respond or if you are unable to come to an agreement, you can move to the next step to contact Cash App.[3]
